Do I need a special TV?
You need a device compatible with FourTV Player, either built into the TV or connected externally by HDMI. Check your model with our team.
Can I use Android TV, Google TV or a TV box?
Yes, on devices meeting the Player requirements. Android version, capabilities and performance need to be assessed. An internet-enabled TV alone is not enough.
How do I update content? Do I need a USB drive?
Organize and publish content in the web dashboard. The Player receives updates over the internet, so routine content changes do not require a USB drive.
Can I manage multiple screens?
Yes. The dashboard manages locations, screens and groups. The number of subscribed screens determines the plan price.
What is the difference between Lista and Mídia?
Lista focuses on products, lists and templates. Mídia adds images, videos, a library and playlists, with content scheduling and more included storage.
How do I subscribe and install the Player?
Chat on our official WhatsApp to confirm your plan, term and device compatibility. Our team guides access, installation and pairing. There is no public APK download on this page.
Is the advertised price a monthly installment?
No. The base amount is a monthly reference for an annual term. The entire term is paid upfront. Six-month, quarterly and monthly terms carry the surcharges shown in the table.
